I suffered from an extreme bout of food poisoning and the doctors told me I was VERY lucky.
Well, this really triggered something in me, because over the next several years… I dedicated much of my life to learning about health and wellness.
I spent THOUSANDS of pounds on all the courses and seminars on health, wellness, and longevity that I could find. I learned from masters like Deepak Chopra, Tony Robbins, and Joseph McClendon the 3rd.
But it was ONE book in particular that has the most profound and life-changing effect on me.
